At Oyster Brands, we strive to offer you the best quality golf apparel and accessories. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make the return or exchange process as easy as possible. Please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

- Items purchased with a gift card.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Used/Worn accessories or apparel
How to Return or Exchange

- Prepare Your Return: Securely pack your items with their original packaging.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your preferred exchange option on the return form. If your exchange request cannot be fulfilled, you will be issued a store credit.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: If your returned items do not meet the conditions stated in our policy (e.g., missing tags or damaged items), you may receive a partial refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us resolve the issue quickly.
